Dr. Robert Davison
Dr. Davison is originally from the Great Lakes region. He completed his residency at the University of Wisconsin Hospitals before going on to serve as Chief of Nuclear Medicine at St. Vincent Hospital, where he spent 16 years caring for patients and building a practice rooted in science, compassion, and steady, thoughtful care.
After relocating to Florida in 2020, Dr. Davison shifted his focus to medical marijuana and has since helped thousands of patients explore cannabis as part of their wellness journey. He has seen firsthand how medical cannabis can support patients living with chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, depression, arthritis, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and other conditions.
One of the things that sets Dr. Davison apart is his advanced education in cannabis medicine. He earned his Master’s degree in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics through the University of Maryland School of Pharmacy, a leading academic program in the field. His training focused on cannabis pharmacology, cannabinoid therapeutics, clinical applications, and patient safety. Dr. Davison is one of less than 50 medical doctors in the U.S. to also have a Master's degree in Cannabis Science.
This level of formal cannabis education is exceptionally rare among physicians, especially in Florida, and reflects his commitment to evidence-based, science-driven care.
Our patients value Dr. Davison’s approachable style and the time he takes to listen and educate, explaining options in plain language and makes a point to remind people that medical cannabis isn’t just about smoking. Many patients do better with edibles, tinctures, capsules, oral sprays, or topicals depending on their needs and comfort level.
Above all, Dr. Davison believes patients deserve clear information, compassionate guidance, and real hope. He looks forward to helping each patient find safe and effective options for improved daily living.
