Log in and check expiration date

Log in to the MMUR using your email address as your username, and your password. If you don't know your password, click on the forgot password and reset via email. Click on 'Patient Card'. If your card expires within 45 days, the 'Begin Renewal' button will be available to you. Click it to get started.

Confirm your information

You will see your picture and personal information. Confirm and apply to open the renewal application. Click on 'Begin Application' and then 'Continue' when it displays your picture and info again.

Photo and Proof of Residency

The next two sections are for your photo and proof of residency. In the 'Passport-Style Photo' section of the application you will see the 'Supply a Photo' button. Click that button and choose the middle option, "Check State ID Photo" Click 'Apply' and 'Continue'.  Do the same for the Proof of Residency section. Click 'Supply Proof' and then 'Check State Residency Status', confirm and proceed.

DO NOT SUBMIT YOUR OWN PHOTO OR RESIDENCY DOCUMENTS IF YOU ARE A FLORIDA RESIDENT. IT WILL SLOW DOWN THE APPROVAL PROCESS

Electronic Signature

Sign your first and last names in the boxes provided, ensuring that it matches the bolded text exactly with any hyphens, Jr, III, etc, and click 'Submit My Card Application'. After submitting, you will see a message indicating payment is available. Click 'Close'.

Pay the State

Click on the 'Click Here to Pay Online' and you will launch the Bills2Pay portal. Choose the appropriate tab (credit card or bank account) and provide billing information. After making the payment, you will see the confirmation screen and your renewal in complete. You can click back to the MMU to trigger the approval screen and email, but either way, you will be ready to purchase medicine in just a couple minutes at most.
