Joshua Siegel
Josh is a classically trained chef who spent more than two decades in the culinary industry, working his way through professional kitchens before becoming Executive Chef. Along the way, he discovered that teaching and helping others build confidence was just as rewarding as creating great food.
When his culinary career came to an unexpected end, Josh founded and operated a successful business. During that time, his own experience with cannabis sparked a deep interest in the science behind it. What began as a personal journey soon became a passion for learning, education, and helping others. Joining Tetra Horizon gave him the opportunity to bring those experiences together in a career focused on patient care.
Today, as Communications Manager & Patient Educator, Josh works one-on-one with patients, develops Tetra Horizon's educational resources, writes patient guides and newsletters, and teaches both cannabis cooking and device classes. Whether he's helping someone prepare for their first dispensary visit or answering questions from an experienced patient, Josh enjoys turning complicated topics into practical information people can actually use. He believes patients make the best decisions when they understand all of the options available to them.
Outside of Tetra Horizon, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and son, usually over a great meal. Cooking has always been a big part of his life, whether he's experimenting with new recipes, baking for family and friends, or just finding another reason to gather everyone around the table.
When he's not in the kitchen, you might find Josh surf fishing the Space Coast, strumming an acoustic guitar, exploring his interest in mycology, or diving into whatever new subject has captured his curiosity.
